Update: Our best MW3 Pulemyot 762 loadout was updated with new and alternative attachments to be up to date with changes made to MW3 since its launch.

Modern Warfare 3 boasts plenty of guns that you can customise to your heart's content. Whether you prefer taking on enemies from a distance or would rather maniacally run around praying and spraying, there’s plenty to familiarise yourself with. And of course, some guns have already proven to be the best weapons in MW3 right now.

For those who would rather take on enemies from mid-long range but don’t fancy being incredibly precise, having a strong LMG in your arsenal can do the trick, and this is where our best MW3 Pulemyot 762 loadout comes in. Here’s all the attachments, gear, and equipment you could possibly need for this LMG.

MW3 best Pulemyot 762 loadout: best attachments

This LMG is a fun pick with a conversion kit that makes it feel a little more like an assault rifle. The Pulemyot 762 is something that typically feels quite sluggish to move around with, but this loadout will help your speeds with the weapon. This particular loadout is partially thanks to YouTubers, Hero, Cbass, and EyeQew.

  • Muzzle: VT-7 Spiritfire Suppressor L
  • Barrel: Invoker Light Barrel or ST Pyro Heavy Barrel
  • Underbarrel: Kimura Seraphic Vertical Grip
  • Stock: Ivanov HSS Ergonomic Stock or Ivanov Wood Stock
  • Rear Grip: Nought-Z3 Grip or Bruen Pivot Vertical Grip

For your muzzle, we’re using the VT-7 Spiritfire Suppressor L recommended by both Hero and EyeQew. This muzzle will make us undetectable on the enemy radars while also giving us some additional recoil control, bullet velocity, and range. This already begins to help this LMG feel a little more like an AR, and allows us to be a little bit sneakier with it. If you don't care for sneaking around, however, and dislike ironsights, you can swap this muzzle for an optic that suits you.

For your barrel, Hero recommends the Invoker Light Barrel will go a long way in making the Pulemyot 762 easier to sprint around with as it helps our mobility. It'll improve ADS speed, sprint-to-fire speed, movement speed, and sprint speed at a slight detriment to recoil control, firing aim stability, and aiming idle sway which is more than fine. That said, Cbass instead recommends the ST Pyro Heavy Barrel which primarily helps with damage range, bullet velocity, and recoil control, if those are stats you would rather have.

Our underbarrel attachment is the Kimura Seraphic Vertical Grip, which comes recommended by both Cbass and Hero. This attachment will help our mobility further while also improving our ability to control the Pulemyot 762. It increases aim walking speed, gun kick control, recoil control and movement speed with some slight reductions to ADS speed and sprint-to-fire speed that our barrel is more than making up for.

Using the Ivanov HSS Ergonomic Stock, recommended by Hero, will further help with our control of the LMG by increasing gun kick control, firing aim stability, aim walking speed, and movement speed at the cost of a tiny bit of our accuracy stats, which is fine. Alternatively, the Ivanov Wood Stock comes recommended by Cbass, and will also improve our gun kick control, recoil control, and firing aim stability if that appeals to your loadout more.

Last, but not least, our rear grip is going to be Hero's recommended Nought-Z3 Grip, which improves our ADS speed, gun kick control, and recoil control further so we can be more accurate with the Pulemyot 762. That said, Cbass also recommends the Bruen Pivot Vertical Grip which helps with recoil gun kick and vertical recoil. This attachment should land you with an easily predictable - and controllable - spray pattern.

If you fancy something a little different altogether and have a fully levelled Pulemyot 762, EyeQew's loadout uses the Jak Annihilator Bullpup Conversion Kit. This turns the Pulemyot into a weapon that you can be incredibly mobile with without compromising on power. He then uses the the Jak Annihilator Long Barrel to support the Conversion Kit further, and you can then pair these attachments with any of the underbarrels or muzzles recommended above. Your fifth and final attachment is then completely up to you. Cbass decides to use a 75 Round Belt for his Pulemyot's magazine, so you could consider that or an optic.

MW3 best Pulemyot 762 perks and equipment

Now that our Pulemyot 762 loadout is established and we’ve got a hefty LMG in our hands, it’s time to run through what equipment compliments the weapon.

  • Secondary Weapon: Renetti
  • Vest: CCT Comms Vest - provides three gear slots and one equipment slot (Lethal and Tactical are removed). Increases duration that enemies stay on the radar for you and nearby allies. Enemies will also drop intel packs.
  • Gloves: Scavenger Gloves - Allows you to resupply ammo and throwing knives from dead players. Quick-Grip Gloves could also be used.
  • Boots: Lightweight Boots - Increases movement and swim speed.
  • Gear: Mag Holster - Improves reload speed.
  • Gear 2: Ghost T/V Camo - While moving, blocks detection by UAVs, enemy radar sources, and Heartbeat Sensors.
  • Field Upgrades: Munitions Box or Trophy System - you can never go wrong with more ammo, but the Trophy System can destroy nearby equipment and projectiles.

How to unlock the Pulemyot 762 in MW3
